Our Chapter Thrives on Alumni and Community Support

Our Dollars for Scholars chapter succeeds because our community believes in students.

We would like to recognize the following partners who have helped us help those students through their support of Dollars for Scholars through fundraisers and donations.

The 3 @ $100 fundraising program was begun in 2007.  In this program, individuals, families, groups, businesses, and organizations pledge to contribute $100 per year for 3 years to our General Fund.  The Twin Cedars Dollars for Scholars chapter then adds to the $100 to award larger scholarships at the Senior Awards Night in May.  The contributor, or a representative of the contributor, is offered the opportunity to be one of the presenters at the annual Senior Awards Night.  The following contributors are members of this program for the years 2014, 2015, and 2016:

- - - Hat Day - - -

Hat Day is an annual fundraiser that our Chapter has sponsored every October since 1998.  Elementary and high school students, faculty, staff and school personnel donate $1.00, which makes them eligible to wear a hat at school on that day.  Even though some people choose not to wear a hat, they make a donation anyway.  In 2015, TC students and staff contributed $152.75 on Hat Day.
